My collection hosts over a hundred glasses made by the distinguished Silhouette company from Innsbruck, Austria. Silhouette is still going strong, nowadays focusing on rimless glasses. But in my view, their heyday was between the mid 1970's and the late 1980's when they were in the same league as Christian Dior. Farishta is a keen admirer of both brands and she posed to great effect in dozens of Dior and Silhouette glasses during her early photo shoots. This section about glasses for long sight would not be complete without at least a couple of Silhouette glasses and here is a fine example.
