Silver metal glasses from the early and mid 1970's were often the trademark of hippies and left wing students in denim outfits. The French pair shown here by Nicci is unusual because of its octagonal shape. I can only recall a couple of sightings in the streets. Nice! Again, these glasses were a find at the inexhaustible Waterlooplein flea market during the 1980's.
