Bonnie showing a good example of the final years of the pince-nez. The newly invented celluloid was used in glasses from the early 1930's and it was also used in pince-nez. The lenses are +3.50. The bridge shows that the use of a hand was not necessary but we simply failed to adjust the nose pads into stability. The heavy glare in the lenses reduced my choice of vantage points but these portraits came out fine.
