The hot wine did its job perfectly and the cold in the alley was soon forgotten. Mirjam went up in the lively conversation and she probably clean forgot about the splendid pair of drop temple glasses she was wearing. After all, that is the purpose of comfortable glasses, fitted with the proper prescription. Any new pair of glasses should soon be an integral part of the owner. New vintage glasses are even better and it took Mirjam less than a minute to become unaware of their presence on her nose....
