Beata 011
A fine portrait of Beata posing in vintage glasses made by Minerva over half a century ago. The glasses were acquired at the "Waterlooplein" flea market in Amsterdam and they have been in my collection for many decades. This Minerva pair is among the cornerstones in my collection. The glasses are featured in a video clip of the catwalk at the opening of my first exhibition (You Tube Lentilux). A favourite among the models who posed for me, these glasses can be seen in at least a dozen photo shoots on my two previous weblogs. Here Beata joins their ranks in her own distinguished, beautiful way. The lenses are minus five, way beyond the model´s own mild prescription, yet there is no way of telling that these are not her own glasses. That´s what good posing is all about. Great!
