Silhouette was among the very best brands throughout the 1970's and 1980's. They seemed reluctant to go with the flow in the 1990's when the rather dull retro style took over. Silhouette bravely kept making largish frames at least until 1998. The company is still going strong, concentrating on discrete rimless glasses nowadays. My collection hosts over a hundred Silhouette pairs and they are admired by many models. Jade posed in no less than half a dozen of Silhouettes during this photo shoot.
