Farishta was among the first models who posed in the Nigura glasses with blended myodisc lenses. This portrait was taken during her second photo shoot (June, 2010). Farishta has a prescription of minus six (one third of the Rx of the lenses) so she saw even less than Nel did in the previous portrait. However, Farishta managed a credible eye contact. From this vantage point, the glasses show a major "cut in" effect in one lens which is absent in the other lens. No doubt, the first owner of the glasses was delighted when she first saw herself in the mirror. Blended myodisc glasses show no "cut in" effect when seen completely "en face".
