The "party glasses" were among the very first pairs bought from Zenni after the start of my project. I first ordered them fitted with -8.00 lenses (the pair in Nicci's right hand) and some years later again, fitted with +5.00 lenses. Here Nicci is getting some impression of her looks as a longsighted lady with the help of a hand mirror. The words "some impression" are chosen with care. A real good check would have meant raising the mirror to less than four inches from her face. Compromises like this are sometimes needed to achieve the best results during a photo shoot.
