The final pair by Zenni shown in this series is nicknamed the Wall of Glass, and for a reason. The lenses are 15 millimeters (0,7 inch) thick at the edges. Today, technology is serving the perfectionist further and further. High index lenses were invented thirty years ago and the index goes higher and higher. Nowadays, glasses for short sight are widely regarded "strong" - and therefore "wrong" - as soon as the lens is slightly thicker than the frame. So the questions here are, what does the young lady with the gracious ear pearl look like when she turns her head, and do we like her when we see her?
