Aiming at trend followers rather than at trendsetters, Menrad from Germany never stood out for the innovative aspect in their frames. The vast majority of their frames is on the conservative side but the glasses shown here by Anna are a notable exception. The first owner of these glasses clearly used them for many years and it took lots of cleaning sessions to make the glasses fit for use by models. For the record, all glasses in my collection are cleansed on a regular basis, sometimes even with the ultrasonic equipment used by opticians.
