Before we turn our back to this wonderful series of lovely Anna in Morel glasses, allow me a remark about the age of the glasses. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure. Wooden glasses were launched in 1966 but nobody bought them and besides, these glasses were still made in the compact style of the mid 1960's. The size and shape of the frame would suggest that the glasses were made around 1970. However, the combination of a plastic front and metal arms may suggest that the glasses were made in the early to mid 1970's. Anyway, whatever their age, I really like their sweet effect.
