Generally speaking, the retro era (1989 - 2009) was ebb tide in eyewear fashion. Most frames were rather dull. However, there were some exceptions. These tilted, rectangular Italian glasses are fun. Anna clearly held the same opinion and it was nice to see how her face lit up when she discovered this pair in the box.
