These nameless half rim glasses stem from the same period as the Essilor glasses shown by Anna in the previous series. The frame and the lens shape is as good as identical to the Essilor glasses. The only difference is that the nameless frame has lenses for long sight instead of short sight. Several years ago, I worked with identical twin sisters Nathalie and Kimberley and we experimented with the confusing effect of markedly contrasting + and - prescriptions in identical frames. Here Anna is repeating the experiment all by herself and it's interesting to compare her "en face" portraits 037, 038 and 039.
