These Effemme Visage glasses have been in my collection for fifteen years but Anna was only the second model who posed in them. The first model was Irma (103), over six years ago, at the very start of my photography project with "Ladies behind Crystal Veil". The mint condition of the frame indicates that the first owner of the glasses hardly ever used them. Small wonder. She had perfect eyesight in her left eye and only mild myopia in her right eye. The glasses were brought to Paris with Severine in mind as they match her minimal prescription.
