Like the preceding pairs shown by Nicci, these French glasses were a buy at the Waterlooplein flea market in my native Amsterdam, over thirty years ago. A classmate of mine at school called Elisa had a pair just like this and she was always moaning that she hated wearing her glasses. No such problem here for Nicci who has an incredible talent for both serious and spontaneous posing. We had lots of fun during the shooting and the frequent short breaks. The walls of the Royal Pavilion may be still echo our roars with laughter. It was a great pleasure to work with Nicci.
