"OK, let's do the second part of the eye test. But it would be really convincing if you also have some glasses that give me perfect eyesight"
"I'll see what I can do for you. I have a box full of vintage glasses with cylinders in the lenses, for astigmatism. You could also try some of the vintage glasses first and if we are lucky, one of the glasses may come near the prescription you need. That would make the eye test easier. Of course we can start with the eye test and then see if there are glasses that give you perfect eyesight. Either way is fine with me"
