In all probability, these large OWP glasses were first bought by a German lady in her early forties. The lenses are progressives and the reading add is only +0.75. Only a handful of glasses in my collection have such a mild reading add. As things happen, I just received the glasses receipt from one of my models and much to my surprise, she had been prescribed a reading add of +0.25 at age 27. She assured me that she did not have any problem when reading and she even doubted whether there was an add in her glasses at all. Perhaps the add was included to raise the price of the glasses....
