Neostyle is a German brand that started its activities in 1961. My collection hosts several of their glasses from the 1970's. Only the "Gladys" pair shown here by Nefeli is clearly older and my educated guess is that it was made around 1967. Again it's an early buy at the Waterlooplein flea market in Amsterdam.
