Nefeli 098
Rodenstock is a well known brand from Germany. During the 1960's and 1970's, they had the nice habit to give a lady's name to each new series of frames. In this case, the glasses were called Tanja. Their first owner was probably an elderly lady as the reading add is no less than +3.50. The circle shaped reading segments became popular in the early 1970's, ten years after the glasses were made. The lady in question probably kept the outdated frame and had it fitted with her new prescription. Nefeli told me that she liked these granny glasses.
