In most countries, glasses remained large throughout the 1980's but the frames were more refined than in the 1970's. Here lovely Iris is posing in a fine example from the late 1980's, just before the retro era started. The glasses were made by Viennaline from Austria and I came across this pair in Tirol, Austria, some ten years ago.
