Just like the preceding Amanda pair, these glasses by Francois Pintin have that special quality. They really suit a wide array of faces, adding a glamorous touch to every model posing in them. Lovely Iris is no exception and of course, her beautiful big eyes make the glasses shine - and vice versa. Great!

Although obviously French, these Pintin glasses were discovered in one of Dublin's friendly charity shops. Whoever Francois Pintin (or Pinton?) was, I would be delighted to see more of his design. These glasses were featured in the catwalk at the opening of my first exhibition with "Ladies behind Crystal Veil", four years ago. The model posing in the Pintin glasses was Mirjam, daughter of my life partner Nel.
