Katie 025 - 027
Katie was among the first models who reacted on my casting call for my first stay in the Dublin area, last April. We agreed to meet in the Hard Rock Café in Templebar and do the photo shoot in the center of Dublin. Unfortunately, Katie had to cancel the shoot but looking back, it was a blessing in disguise. When I sent out another casting call in August, Katie came back straightaway. She explained that she had switched to being a full time professional model and that no boss could interfere anymore with doing a photo shoot. Due to my busy schedule - with far more applications than could be handled, even by doing two shoots per day - Dublin was out of question and all the shoots had to take place in the immediate vicinity of my B&B on the Strand Road in Bray. It was great to meet Katie at the station and to make her acquaintance that morning. We were lucky with the weather and we got on quite well. Katie was spontaneous and efficient at the same time. She does not like time wasters - and neither do I - so every minute of the three available hours was used. The saying "time flies" is appropriate and it was all finished before I realized it. Back home, looking at the photos, I was amazed by our productivity and by the quality of Katie's posing. I expected it to be good but it was even better. Those beautiful eyes of the Middle East.....
