Leah 010 - 011
Leah was very thorough and active during the weeks before the actual photo shoot took place. We exchanged lots of messages, swapping ideas not just about the outfit but also about ingredients to make it a varied photo shoot. Leah's ideas included the use of big balloons and bubbles. The strong wind prevented us to use balloons but we gave the bubbles a try and this yielded a number of fine action photos. This is another of Leah's favourite photos. It's shown here in two versions: colour (to show the bubbles all the better) and also in black and white.
The glasses are from Germany and characteristic for the early 1960's when many cat eye glasses had rather horizontal eyebrow lines instead of an upward curve towards the arms. This frame shape is not only attractive, it has the additional advantage that the glasses can be used for models with a wide PD range from 55 (this is Leah's) to about 63 millimeters.
