Two versions of the same "en face" portrait of Beata posing in striking half rim cat eye glasses that are out of circulation right now. They were damaged during a later photo shoot in Ireland but I hope to have them repaired. The glasses are very much in the style of the early 1960's but they may be a later remake. What is pointing to a later date was the mint condition of the frame and the very mild Rx of the lenses. Half a century ago, glasses were quite expensive and only bought when it was absolutely necessary. E.g. my life partner Nel only got her first pair of glasses when she was nine years of age and the lenses were minus five.
