It's easy to call these vintage black glasses early 1960's - they have all the style characteristics from the early 1960's. However, they may have been be bought much later by their first owner, in the 1970's or even the 1980's. Lots of elderly ladies in the UK kept preferring cat eye glasses long after they had become unfashionable and it's possible that some opticians kept cat eye glasses in stock for many years. Again, this portrait is shown in colour and in black & white. All amateur portrait photography of the early and mid 1960's was done in black and white.
